Matthews have done it again! Category champions for Pork & Honey Sausage in the British Pig Executive 2011, "South East Region Excellence Meat Products" competition. Plus GOLD for the Sussex special sausage, GOLD for the Prime Pork Sausage, GOLD for the Pork Satay Sausage and SILVER for the Lamb & Sultana Curry sausage.
